Welcome to the website of Wolfé Dimensionz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all music tracks, digital downloads, merchandise, content, and services offered (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases from this site. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

 

 

2. Digital Music Licenses & Usage Rights

2.1 Digital Track Purchases

When you purchase a music track from our website, you are purchasing a license, not ownership of the copyright. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Wolfé Dimensionz. 

2.2 Non-Exclusive License

Unless labeled otherwise (e.g., “Exclusive License”), all music track purchases are under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, meaning:

  • You may use the track in your own creative projects (songs, podcasts, videos, performances, etc.).  

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of the purchased track.

  • Licensee may distribute up to 1,000,000 streams/plays.

  • If 1,000,000 streams/plays are exceeded, licensee must upgrade to Exclusive Rights or Extended Lease.

  • Licensee keeps 100% of performance royalties & streaming revenue from their song.

  • Licensee keeps publishing and producer royalties via PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc.).



2.3 Exclusive License 

An exclusive license provides the purchaser with exclusive usage rights as outlined on the product page at the time of purchase. Exclusive licensing terms will override any conflicting language in these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Upload the purchased music to platforms as “beats,” “instrumentals,” or “loops” for resale.

  • Register any purchased track with Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, TuneCore, DistroKid).

  • Resell or redistribute tracks “as-is.”

  • Use the track in defamatory, hateful, or illegal content.

  • Licensee keeps 100% of performance royalties & streaming revenue from their song.

  • Licensee keeps publishing and producer royalties via PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc.).


 

 

3. Merchandise Sales

We offer apparel, physical products, and other branded merchandise. All merchandise is sold “as-is.” Colors, sizing, textures, and patterns may vary slightly due to screen display variations or manufacturing processes.

 

 

4. Digital Download Policy

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once downloaded.

  • If you experience download issues, contact customer support at wolfedimensionz@gmail.com.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All music, brand assets, images, audio, video, text, designs, trademarks, and any other content found on the site are the exclusive property of Wolfé Dimensionz or its licensors.

5.2 Limited License for Website Use

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal, non-commercial browsing.

5.3 No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing products (digital or physical) does not grant you ownership of copyrights, trademarks, or branding materials.

 

 

6. Payments

All purchases through this website are processed securely via third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize our partners to charge your selected payment method.

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Merchandise)

7.1 Shipping

Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

7.2 Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or global disruptions.

7.3 Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

 

 

8. Refunds & Exchanges

Digital Items

No refunds are available for digital downloads.

Physical Merchandise

Refunds or exchanges may be available for defective or damaged items.
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

 

 

9. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

 

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website’s operation.
